All returns must be declared within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period,
Terre De Gymnaste disclaims all responsibility and reserves the right not to process the request.

Any defect found on your order must be reported by email within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this period,
Terre De Gymnaste disclaims all responsibility and reserves the right not to process the request.

Terre de Gymnaste reserves the right not to process the request if the following conditions are not met:

• Outfits returned damaged, worn, without their tags or hygiene stickers will neither be exchanged nor refunded. Furthermore, defects found after using the leotard will not be covered.
• Delivery error by Terre De Gymnaste (wrong size, wrong color sent): return shipping costs will be
  covered, and you can choose between a refund or an exchange*.
• Return is due to an error on your part (choice of size/color): exchange/refund is only possible if the garment is in new condition and meets the conditions above. In this case, return and reshipment costs remain your responsibility.
• No returns due to improper care will be accepted; please make sure to read the leotard care tips
  

Terre de Gymnaste reserves the right to refuse exchange/or refund
of products returned by the customer if it finds/suspects:

• Non-compliance with return conditions,
• An unusual/excessive/abusive return pattern from the Customer (e.g., a customer who would wear or damage outfits before returning the item)

In case of an invalid return, return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. The item will only be resent after payment of shipping fees. Terre De Gymnaste disclaims all responsibility for lost packages returned by the customer. No refund or compensation can be claimed if the item is returned without tracking.

NOTE: Custom-made and personalized outfits are NEITHER EXCHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE as they are specially designed for you! Please make sure to choose the correct size and color.
